Mediterranean Residential is a development in Rocky Point (which is in the northern part of the state of Sonora) just off of the popular tourist road leading to the Sandy Beach Resorts, Samual Ocana Blvd, only 5 minutes from the beach.
It is in one of the new residendial areas in Rocky Point with city water and electricity.
The land that we are building on is obviously sand, but is compacted well with imported caliche to eliminate any structural problems with the construction. This is our standard building technique on all of our homes.
